Brewery

The office building of a 1860's Bavarian-style Brewery in San Francisco's Mission District was converted to a legal 5000sqft artist's live-work. Modern amenities including radiant heat, an automated roll-up door, chef's kitchen, roof deck with barbeque, a nightclub sound system for events, and efficient lighting and plumbing complement historic details such as a brick vault, cooling room, ramps & trapdoors, 150 year old wooden floors, and restored doors and handrails.
